Many are calling it the “Play of the Year.” And who’s to argue that when you’re Malcom Butler, a 24 year old rookie, who intercepts an intended game-winning play for Seattle and solidifies the New England Patriots’ Super Bowl win?
Let’s just say when it happened, I went HAM and I imagined every New England fan across the globe going BALLISTIC over the Seahawks’ bad call – and the disappointed faces of their fans. And what was bad for them, was good for us as my New England Patriots win their 4th Super Bowl under the leadership of Tom Brady. While Brady rightfully won the MVP title, Butler deserves as much credit for his outstanding defensive play.
Defense wins championships, right?
