Jay Z

Bob McNair isn’t getting off easy after his inappropriate, insensitive, outright brash comments referring NFL players as “inmates” and the league as a “prison.” Despite his (tired ass) apology, His words still echo throughout the league, in the minds of his own players, other athletes and urban communities throughout. Majority of the Houston Texans took a knee during the National Anthem this Sunday, and one of Hip Hop’s elites had a lot to say about McNair.

At his latest concert, befogging performing “The Story of OJ,” Jay Z said:

“[They’re] injuring themselves on the field, giving it all they got, That’s how they look at you. That’s what they think about you. We got so much further to go. The truth is we all believe in whatever you believe in. God, Allah. Whatever you believe in, we come from one source which means we are all brothers and sisters at the end of the day.”
