Tonight, the Boston Celtics beat the Memphis Grizzlies, 116-96 at TD Garden. The Boston victory was the 14th straight home win as the Celtics continue to hold the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference. Against the Grizzlies, Celtics All-Star, Isaiah Thomas pulled off a phenomenal performance in the third quarter to help seal the deal. In the third quarter, alone, Thomas scored 16 of his 22 points and turned a 3-point deficit into a 16-point lead.

With another tally in the win column in Boston, the Celtics haven’t lost in over two months in front of their home crowd. Within the same period, they have also managed to play their way from the 9th seed into the No. 3 seed.
